Counselor-in-Training
The DDC Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program is an important bridge between
full time camper and full time staff. Most 13 and 14 year olds have outgrown a
traditional day camp program yet are not quite ready for the full-time work day
and 7-week requirement of a full-time staff member. The DDC CIT program is
structured to deliver a focused introduction to the world of work PLUS fun and
exciting camp activities. To download a copy of the CIT Application, go
