Tuition and Fees

Tuition

- if registering by March 15 . . . . . . . . $ 325/week
- if registering March 16 or later . . . . . $ 340/week

A tuition discount of 10% is applied for each child after the first child registered in a family.

Refunds

  • The registration fee is not refundable.
  • Tuition deposits/payments are refundable through March 15th only. Withdrawal notification should be made by letter or by email, so that a date marker is available.
  • No refunds will be made after March 15th! (At the director's discretion, we may issue “comp” weeks if a camper is unable to attend his or her registered weeks because of special circumstances.)

Change In Enrollment

Please consider your enrollment weeks carefully. It's tempting to enroll for the whole summer initially, then drop down to fewer weeks when the final payment is due (May 1).

But this means we often turn away children who want to attend because groups seem to be filled when, in fact, they are not.
 

  • If camper registers by March 15th at pre-season tuition rates ($325) and later reduces the number of enrollment weeks, the higher seasonal tuition rate ($340) will be applied to all weeks enrolled.
  • Enrollment extensions (extending the camper's stay beyond the initial registration period) will always be accommodated as long as there is room in the camper's group. The seasonal tuition rate ($340) will be applied to all extension weeks requested once the camp season starts.

Transportation
